CONVERSION NOTICE

NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF MISSISSIPPI DHS FCU

ONLINE BANKING UNAVAILABLE UNTIL 12:00 NOON ON NOVEMBER 2.

The Credit Union will be undergoing a core system data conversion that will begin on Sunday, November 1, 2020, and last through 12:00 noon on November 2, 2020.

Therefore, the Credit Union will be closed from 8:00 am through 12:00 noon on November 2nd as the system is updated.

Beyond this half-day closure, the other disruption you will see is the inability to view the detail of your member’s account from 2 pm on Friday, October 30, 2020, through 12:00 noon on November 2, 2020. However, you will still have the ability to use your debit card during this time. The limit for point of sale transactions during this time will be $600 and the limit for cash withdrawals from the ATM will be $300.

With the conversion, there will no longer be telephone banking through the 1-800 number. Everyone on telephone banking will need to sign up for online banking or mobile banking. If this is not available to you, you will need to call into the Credit Union to request funds from your account or to inquire about your balances.

For this year only, Christmas club funds will be disbursed to your checking or savings account during the first week of November, as soon as the new system allows for their production. You will have to request your funds be mailed to you from your checking or savings account if you wish.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as the new system is implemented in order to provide better services for our members as we move into the future.

You are the best members that any credit union could ever hope to have. We strive to make each visit you have with us a positive experience. It is our pleasure to serve you.

As always, if there is any way we can assist you in your financial life, please call or come see us.

The Credit Union will be closed on Monday, August 30th, 2021, due to Hurricane Ida. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday the 31st if utilities are not disrupted.
